Registration Fees

*Predoctoral students must attach proof of their status.

Registration includes:

• Access to scientific sessions
• Coffee breaks
• Lunches (September 26 and 27)
• Dinners (September 26 and 27)
• Closing dinner (September 27)
• Cultural visit
• *Cultural outing (September 28)

All communications must be accompanied by the formal registration of at least one author.

To qualify for the reduced registration fee, you must register before the deadline.

*The planned cultural outing is a visit to TBD

Accompanying persons must pay the corresponding amount for the activities they attend.

Registration Cancellation

Cancellations requested before August 31, 2024, will be refunded minus a 30€ administrative fee. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded.

In the event of cancellation, the user must send an email to the organization at taxonxx@usal.es

Obtaining an Invoice for Registration

If you need an invoice for the payment of the registration fee, it must be requested during the Congress registration process. If you check the box for “I need an invoice,” the platform will ask for the necessary information. Once the payment is made, a confirmation email will be received.

Once registration is completed, it will not be possible to modify the details of the already requested invoice, so we recommend that you ensure the details are correct.
